Passionate by plant molecular biology he started with various studies linked to agricultural world. When he discovers the power of sequencing technologies, he moved to Canada for projects involved in genomics applied to fundamental research in Barley culture. He is currently working at UQAM with metagenomics task to disentangle sustainable practices in horticultures
